Congratulations to the (former) Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE), who took out the second division Cup final 4-1 over the combined team from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Department of Finance (affectionately known as PMF).

It started out as a close encounter, however, after playing extra time in the semi-final, fatigue got the best of PMF, allowing DESE to run in some late tries.

The DESE team was comprised of staff from the newly formed Department of Education and the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
